Meet Our Senior Executive Team

The thing I have always loved about Chick-fil-A is the opportunity to influence people. As a leader years ago I enjoyed the chance to develop people into leaders and the opportunity to teach about the behind the scenes aspects of the business. Now as an Owner/Operator, I still have the opportunity to influence peoples lives by creating an environment for other people to do what I used to do while also influencing things within the community we serve. 

My favorite thing about my job is building lasting relationships with our team. It is awesome watching our team grow and develop into the one that God has created them to be. My hope is that each team member is able to leave Chick-fil-A Baytown better both professionally and personally as they go out and achieve their dreams.

My favorite thing about my job is working with a group of people that feel like family. I love seeing our team grow and achieve success in their life and at work.
